The Von Allmen School of Accountancy invites Accounting majors at the University of Kentucky to apply for a scholarship for the academic year.

Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for an accounting scholarship, a student must:
- be an undergraduate pre-accounting or accounting major, currently enrolled full-time at the University of Kentucky;
- have a minimum 3.5 cumulative overall GPA as of the end of the Fall 2025 semester;
- be enrolled in a minimum of one (1) accounting (ACC) course at the University of Kentucky in the Spring 2026 semester;
- have a minimum of six (6) upper-division accounting (ACC) credit hours remaining in the BS in Accounting degree after completion of the Spring 2026 semester; and
- be enrolled as a full-time undergraduate pre-accounting or accounting major and in a minimum of one (1) accounting (ACC) course at the University of Kentucky in the semester of the receipt of the scholarship funds.

You will be asked to provide:
- Contact information and address
- Expected graduation term
- Intent to pursue a Master of Science in Accounting (MSACC) degree
- A short essay on why you chose accounting and your career plans
- A short essay on why you are applying for the scholarship
- Your involvement in student organizations
- A description of your financial need
